BEACH: SUMMER'S PAST.

I used to live in Santa Barbara.. Such a great place to be. I was literally a few miles (and a bike ride) away from the beach.. I would go to class, walk a few steps and sand would hit my feet.

Summer always reminds me of the years in Santa Barbara, California..

I saw this scene like a movie. It's mysterious in it's own way. It reminds of the M. Night Shyamalan film, "The Village" for some reason.

What's behind them? Why are they here? The secret here is beyond the trees.

I actually shot this as a personal project. I felt that this specific piece fit the "Love" theme perfectly. It could mean a number of things. Love for nature, life, a memory, anything. I'll leave that up to you.

What's funny about this piece is the actual building the Lay's truck is "crashing" into is a real collision center for cars. Ironic.
